We here at partyfood.net.au have a great guide to help you sort out your catering. We have broken it down to easy points:

  1. Menu Selections…
Does the caterer have menu options which you can go though. This can be very useful since they only offer menu options that they know are a recipe for success.
  2. Do you have to find a venue for your event?
If so, only the best Caterers are able to source a venue for you – this will save you time and they will more than likely have an established relationship with the venue. We here at partyfood.com.au only suggest Caterers which are that the higher end of the market and have the experience which will make your event a success.
  3. How about a theme?
If it is you desire to have a theme-based event, can the catering company help you to organise this, from cuisine choices to decorations and table settings?
  4. Where will the caterer prepare the food?
Your venue may not have a kitchen for the caterer to prepare so therefore they will prepare at their premises and then deliver it hot and ready to serve. Always ask about this!
  5. Organising your drinks?
It can be very difficult to organise all the drinks yourself. In some instances a Caterer can provide this. This should be crucial to your selection process. A great Caterer which you can trust to organise the drinks is FabulousFingerFood.com.au/beverages

Here’s to making your catering for your event a glorious success!

The Rule of thumb is usually:
3 pc/per head will suit only a morning tea,
6 pc/per head will suit a light meal through the day
9 pc/per head will suit a light meal through the night
12pc/per head is able to replace a meal – dinner or lunch
15pc/per head is able to replace a meal – dinner or lunch – large eaters

The Fabulous Fingerfood staff provide excellent service to your needs for the function, and can take all the effort out of “Doing It Yourself”, leaving you to enjoy your function with your guests! Make sure that you consider the time of arrival for the staff of Fabulous Fingerfood as this can be set to whichever time your function begins, but lasts 3 hours with the standard package, so ensure to think about when you would like the hot food to be served and book in as part of your overall package. Our staff when you call will run you through these consideration with you, and offer some great advice.

Beverages

Generally work on an average of 5 drinks per head. This can change depending on the guests invited to the function and also the time frame in which you wish to serve in. All Fabulous Fingerfood liquor packages can be altered to suit your needs. Also make sure there is a jug of water available for the guests that would want this as an option – you’ll be surprised.
