Theme: An office party can be fun.

If the party isn’t that formal then attendees can bring a dish, often referred to as pot luck.

Decor: The average office party has no theme so therefore items usually filled with a table setting with plates and a centerpiece of rich coloured candles coupled with mistletoe for the formal event however, the informal party may consist of holiday paper plates and table cloths that match decorations.
